WGO’s Director of Development will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all fundraising activities of the WGO. Earned income from performances and annual fundraising events totals 55% of WGO’s annual budget. The remaining 45% (currently $400,000 per year) comes from government grants, foundations, corporations, private donors, and Board members. The Director of Development will work closely with the Board of Directors and the President & CEO to support the WGO’s mission and facilitate the company’s growth.
